Careers · Norvan

We don’t just hire talent. We identify how you think.

Norvan builds intelligence — so we hire for it. Instead of a CV in a pile, start with a short conversation with Nexus, our intelligence agent. It reads how you approach a real problem, and routes the sharpest thinkers straight to our team. Prefer the classic route? Send your CV — both paths reach us.

A CV tells us where you’ve been. We care how you think.

A résumé is a list of the past. The work at Norvan is judgment, structure, and how you break down a problem you’ve never seen. So before anything else, we offer a short assessment with Nexus — a few real questions, no trick ones. It takes about three minutes, and it tells us more than ten CVs. You can still send a CV; we read those too. But the people who impress us in conversation move fastest.

Open Roles

Nous Engineer

Configure and operate enterprise intelligence — the engineer who makes Nous fit a business.

What you’ll do

You’ll configure Norvan Nous for real enterprises — shaping the platform to each client’s structure, tuning how its intelligence behaves, and operating deployments. This is less “write code all day,” more “engineer how an intelligent system works for a business.” If you’ve ever run mission-critical systems, configured complex platforms, or think in parameters and architecture rather than just features — this is your seat.

What we look for

Structured thinkers. People who decompose a messy problem cleanly, reason about systems, and care about getting it right. Engineering or systems background helps; the way you think matters more.

Sales Representative

Sell intelligence transformation to serious businesses — consultative, not transactional.

What you’ll do

You’ll open conversations with enterprises about how they run — and show them what running on intelligence changes. This isn’t transactional SaaS selling; it’s consultative, problem-first, senior-level. You’ll understand a business’s pain, frame the possibility, and bring serious buyers to the table. The best in this seat sell by being the sharpest person in the room.

What we look for

Consultative instinct — people who ask about the problem before they pitch. Resilience, sharp communication, and the judgment to read a buyer. Enterprise or solution-selling experience helps; how you think about a deal matters more.

Questions about applying.

Either works — both reach our team. The assessment tends to move faster because it shows us how you think, but a CV is always welcome.

About three minutes. A few real questions, conversational.

No. There are no trick questions. Nexus is reading how you approach a problem — your judgment and structure — not whether you memorized something.
