These terms govern your use of norvan.io and the tools available on it, including the Intelligence Assessment, the Nexus assistant, the interactive demo, and the calculators. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by Norvan Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliated entities ("Norvan").

If you enter into an agreement with Norvan for Nous, a custom build, or training, that agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these website terms where they differ.

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, including through Nexus.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the authority to submit it on behalf of your organisation.

The Intelligence Assessment, its scores, the estimated cost of intelligence gaps, the demo dashboards, and the illustrative radars on this site are indicative tools based on the answers you give and on general models. They are not audits, valuations, or professional advice, and they are not the measurement that runs inside Nous on real data.

Nexus is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and do not form part of any offer or contract. Anything Nexus says about pricing, guarantees, or capabilities is subject to a written agreement.

References on this site to performance guarantees (for example, faster proposals, reports, or lead response within 90 days) describe the kind of commitment Norvan is able to make because Nous measures its own impact. The actual guarantee, its baseline, targets, exclusions, and remedies are defined in the client agreement. See the Guarantee page for how the mechanism works. TODO: commercial review.

The site, its design, text, graphics, diagrams, the Norvan and Nous names and marks, the dimension and engine names (NorSMD, NorABD, NorERD, NorEWD, NorEMD and their engines), the 5D-EI framework, and REBOW are the property of Norvan or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of Norvan. You may not copy, adapt, or commercialise them without written permission.

The site may link to third-party sites and services. Norvan does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvan excludes all warranties regarding the site and its tools, and will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them. TODO: legal review — confirm choice of law and forum across the three entities.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
